Meditation program is held every
Wednesday 7:30 pm.
We practice mindfulness on breathing. We have one hour sitting
meditation and one hour reading and discussion. This is free of
though you can make a donation for the development of the
vihara. If you are new to meditation, please come about fifteen
minutes early. The program is conducted by Bhante Kondanna and
Bhante Gunaratana - The Heart of Buddhist Wisdom
