Meditation program is held every Wednesday 7:30 pm. We practice mindfulness on breathing. We have one hour sitting meditation and one hour reading and discussion. This is free of charge, though you can make a donation for the development of the vihara. If you are new to meditation, please come about fifteen minutes early. The program is conducted by Bhante Kondanna and Bhante Pangnatissa.
For Meditation class we meet weekly on Wednesday 7.00 PM through the Zoom program of Staten Island Buddhist Vihara.
